ORDERING : Custom Ordering is very simple. Please read this entire page and follow the process below:
Click on Order.
Select Custom Printed.
Complete each Step on the order entry page.
Enter you Billing and Shipping Info and Submit.
Virtual Proof / Invoice will be emailed to you within 48hours.
View Virtual Proof / Invoice. If both are correct you will proceed to checkout.
Your order will then be in process and no changes or cancellations can be made.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Its that simple.
PRICING: All prices shown are per item. Setup charge: $40 per imprint color.
PRODUCTION TIME: Lead time 2 weeks after Art Approval / Invoice is approved.
OVER / UNDER RUNS: Very rare; however, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the desired quantity.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped FOB Phoenix, AZ via USPS and will be invoiced.
STANDARD IMPRINT INFORMATION: To imprint your art please attach a vector format file (eps, ai, or cdr) to your PO. If the art is NOT one of these vector art formats (for example jpg, gif, tif, bit, etc) alterations may be required. Simple alterations are FREE however an additional $25 will be invoiced for all other art conversions. You will be notified prior to any art charges. If you simply have text that you would like imprinted with a golf ball, pin, golf guy or gal etc. and do not have art to attach you will be prompted to describe in detail what you would like imprinted.
IMPRINT COLORS: We have 30 standard imprint colors to choose from. Non standard PMS color matches are $10 each and will be invoiced. Note: Colors reproduce differently on different materials and exact matches can not be guaranteed.
IMPRINT PLACEMENT & SIZE: Unless specified art will be centered as closely as possible and sized as large as possible.
